Enterprise Center Takeaway. An excellent Enterprise experience was a welcome surprise for our first visit. My overall score is an 8.8/10. The venue itself is incredibly clean, modern, and easy to navigate, and the food was surprisingly delicious, even if the price was sky-high.

For a major St. Louis event, whether it's a Blues game, a big-name concert, or a family show, the Enterprise Center is a top-notch venue. It feels intimate, the seats are comfortable, and there really isn't a bad view in the house. I was very impressed.

Service was friendly and helpful, with staff pointing us right to our "portal" (their name for a section). Parking is abundant but pricey. You can find $20 lots right across the street, or $5-$10 spots if you're willing to walk 15 minutes. Just be prepared for the hit to your wallet on concessions.

Enterprise Center Summary

Yesterday, we went to the Enterprise Center for the first time. We went to see the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus.

Enterprise Center entrance

I haven't been in an arena like that in a while. I've been to where the Devils play in New Jersey, Madison Square Garden, and where the Sharks play in San Jose, but it's been maybe seven or eight years.

The Enterprise Center was super nice.

We got tickets for Hanukkah to the circus, and we were maybe only like five rows back. It was a great experience with the two kids and my wife. To be honest, I think I liked the circus more than anybody else. The acrobats and the moves were pretty cool.

But putting that aside, the arena itself was super nice.

It was very clean. Now, we were there at 11 o'clock in the morning, so maybe we were the first people in the arena that day, but you walk in, and the concourse is nice and wide.

Enterprise Center walkway

It's lined by a bunch of St. Louis places. I saw a Schook's counter and a few other local restaurants I couldn't remember off the top of my head.

We were there for lunch, and the food was... well, expensive. But also surprisingly good.

Enterprise Center pretzel

We got a hot pretzel for 10 bucks, and it was actually a very good hot pretzel. For all the food I've been eating around town, this pretzel beat a Bavarian hot pretzel I had in New Jersey. For $10, it was big, and the outside was fluffy. You can't really ask for more than that from a stadium pretzel.

The popcorn was excellent. It was $16, which is super expensive, but it came with a commemorative bag and was delicious.

Then we got chicken fingers and fries. Again, $16. With tax and tip, it was $19.

The food was good, just very expensive. $17 for chicken fingers is a little bit nuts.

Between two hot pretzels, a bag of popcorn, and the chicken fingers and fries, I fed the four of us for lunch. All in was about 80 bucks. Plus $20 for parking, so it was a $100 day.

My advice? Bring some snacks with you in your pockets or eat lunch before you go.

Overall, I was very impressed with the Enterprise Center. It was clean, the seats were comfortable, and it felt intimate enough that you could enjoy any show.

We'd go back.

Enterprise Center Things To Do

We were there for the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. As I said, we got our tickets for Hanukkah and were super close, maybe only five rows back.

It was a great experience with the two kids. The acrobats were amazing.

Of course, the Enterprise Center is home to the St. Louis Blues.

They also get all the major concerts and comedy shows. I saw Seinfeld did a comedy show there. I wanted to go, but the tickets were like 100 bucks, so I passed. But after being in the arena, I think it's intimate enough that you could actually enjoy a comedy show there. It doesn't feel overwhelming.

Enterprise Center Details And Info

The staff was super nice. We walked in, showed our tickets, and they pointed us in the right direction.

Enterprise Center signage

They call each section a "portal," for some reason. But you can go into any portal and then go up or down to your seats.

And honestly, there's not a bad seat in the house. If you're further back, you're a little further back, but you'll be able to see everything, no problem. Especially for a Blues game where there's no overhead equipment.

The seats were nice and cushioned, too.

Enterprise Center stage

The bathrooms were super clean. I went in there with my son twice.

This was interesting: they have advertising at the urinal. It's called Eight Media. So while you're standing there peeing, you're watching advertising. That was new. I've never experienced that before. I guess I haven't been to a nice arena in a while.

Enterprise Center food court

Like I said, the food in the stadium was actually really good. For eating all around St. Louis recently, everything was above average. I enjoyed the chicken fingers and I enjoyed the french fries. Beers were anywhere from $8 to $15 a pop too. I don't drink, but that's what I saw.

It's just expensive. $17 for chicken fingers is nuts. That's like $19 after tax, which is what you pay for a sandwich and a half at some places. Hamburgers were $15. Very expensive.

But the venue is great. Super clean.

Parking At Enterprise Center

Parking was abundant, but expensive. Relatively expensive, anyway.

We were in a lot directly across from the arena for 20 bucks. There was another one across the street for $25.

Enterprise Center parking

If you're willing to walk, like half a mile, you can get parking down to $5 or $10. If you use a parking app, you can find one for $5 to $10, but you're going to be walking for 15 minutes.

With two small kids, we decided against walking and just paid for the $20 lot.

There wasn't any traffic at 11 o'clock in the morning for a circus. The arena was maybe half full.

Traffic getting out was fine. It was easy peasy. We just walked right out at the end of the show and got on 64, no problem. I've been to Cardinals games and stuff, and traffic's never really that bad. It's about what you'd expect, but it's really easy.
